What RawDrive Marketing does
Everything a business needs to market on WhatsApp without losing track of consent, money or its number's standing. Each part below is built around a rule the product enforces, not a setting someone has to remember.
Contacts and consent
Each person's permission is stored per purpose: offers, replies to their own messages, and updates about a booking or order. One table decides what each person may receive.
- Proof with every consent: where it came from, how, when and under which notice.
- Opt-outs that act fast: STOP in English, Telugu or Hindi cancels pending offers within ten seconds.
- Eight reasons to hold back a message, each with its own rule for when it clears. A new consent never clears an invalid number or a legal hold.
- Careful merges: contacts merge automatically only on an exact phone match, and a merge never widens what someone agreed to.
- Segments with honest counts: see how many people you can actually reach after consent, opt-outs and the frequency limit.
| Reason | Stops | Clears when |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing opt-out | Offers | They agree again, with proof |
| Complaint | Offers | An admin reviews it and they agree again |
| Do-not-contact | Everything | They ask in writing to hear from you |
| Invalid number | Everything, every business | They message you from it |
| Erasure | Everything | Never; a new message starts a new record |
Imports
Bring the lists you already have, and know exactly what happened to every row.
- CSV or Excel, up to 50 MB and 100,000 rows per file.
- Map once, reuse: saved column mappings and a preview of the first 20 rows before anything is written.
- Indian numbers cleaned up to the international format, with a reason for any number that cannot be read.
- Your choice for duplicates: create only, update existing or skip existing. Updates never overwrite consent or opt-outs.
- Every row has an outcome, and rejected rows download as a correction file. An interrupted upload resumes where it stopped.
| website-subscribers.xlsx | Finished |
| Created | 31,882 |
| Updated, consent untouched | 6,904 |
| Skipped as duplicates | 812 |
| Rejected, with reasons | 402 |
| Rows accounted for | 40,000 of 40,000 |
Campaigns
Send Meta-approved templates to a segment, at a sensible hour, with someone else checking the big ones.
- Preview with real contacts before anything goes out.
- Approval when it matters: campaigns above 1,000 people and the first use of any template need an approver.
- Approval covers one exact version: change the message, audience, number or time and it needs approval again.
- Sending hours: offers go out between 9:00 and 21:00 in each person's time zone; anything outside waits.
- Cost and capacity check against your budget and your number's daily limit, with an option to spread sends across days.
- Automatic pause if opt-outs pass 2%, failures pass 5% or Meta rates your number Low.
Wedding season tips Paused
| Safety | Opt-outs reached 2.4% of the first 1,000 delivered |
| Budget | The rest would pass this month's marketing budget |
Every reason must clear before the campaign can resume.
Inbox
One place for your team to answer WhatsApp messages, inside the rules.
- Reply window shown on every conversation: free-form replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message, approved templates after that.
- Cost before you send: each reply shows its estimated charge and draws on a reserve kept for replies.
- Filters that help: assigned to me, unassigned, window closing soon.
- Saved replies, internal notes and routing that passes unanswered chats to someone else after 15 minutes.
- No double sends: a double-click sends one message. A reply that cannot go out says why and keeps your text.
Budget and spend
A monthly cap that the product respects, with every rupee traceable to the message that caused it.
- Reserve before sending: each message sets aside its cost first, so concurrent campaigns cannot overshoot.
- Unclear outcomes keep their money and are never re-sent automatically.
- A reply reserve of 10% of the cap that offers cannot use.
- Alerts at 80%; at 100%, offers stop and campaigns pause.
- A ledger that adds up: Meta charge, provider fee and tax kept separate, shown as estimated, held and confirmed.
Held covers messages being sent and those waiting for Meta to confirm the charge.
Stops and channel safety
When something goes wrong, you need sending to stop now, not after the queue drains.
- Three levels: one number, one business, or every business you run.
- Choose what stops: offers only, or every outgoing message. Incoming messages always arrive.
- Ten seconds: no new message starts later than ten seconds after the stop is recorded.
- Careful restarts: resuming needs a written reason, and restarting every business needs a second person.
- Daily health checks on your number's connection, with a warning seven days before access expires.
| Connection | Warning access expires in 6 days |
| Quality rating | High |
| Daily limit | 760 of 2,000 left |
Reports
What happened, per business, without vanity numbers.
- Delivery, reads, replies and opt-outs for every campaign and over time.
- Why messages did not go: skipped and delayed counts, by reason.
- Spend against your cap and the reply reserve, with estimates never shown as spend.
- Each business separate: reports never merge contacts across brands. No data shows as a dash, not as 0%.
| Delivered | 94.3% |
| Read | 70.3% |
| Replies | 1,904 |
| Opt-outs | 0.7% |
| Skipped: opted out | 812 |
| Waiting for sending hours | 4,380 |
Team and roles
Give each person the access their job needs, business by business.
- Roles per business: someone can manage marketing for one brand and answer chats for another.
- Two-step sign-in required for owners and admins.
- Exporting contacts is a separate permission, off by default, and every export is logged with its row count.
- An audit log of every sensitive action, kept for three years.

| Owner | Everything, including stopping every business |
| Business admin | Number, team, budget, business stop |
| Marketing manager | Contacts, segments, templates, campaigns |
