From sign-up to your first campaign
Most of the setup is on Meta's side: a verified business, a WhatsApp number and approved templates. Here is what to have ready and what happens in what order.
What you need
The steps
- 1
Request early access
Tell us about your business. Requests are reviewed in small batches, starting with studios, photographers and event companies.
- 2
Create your workspace and invite your team
One workspace per brand. Give each person a role: business admin, marketing manager, approver or agent. Admins set up two-step sign-in.
- 3
Connect your WhatsApp number
Sign in with Meta's official flow inside the product. Your number, display name and quality rating stay in your own Meta business account; we never ask for your password.
- 4
Import your contacts
Upload CSV or Excel, map the columns, check the preview and say where consent came from. Anyone without proof can receive replies only.
- 5
Get your templates approved
Write the messages you want to send and submit them to Meta from the product. Meta categorizes each one as marketing or utility, which sets its rate.
- 6
Set your cap and send
Set a monthly budget, choose a segment and template, check the cost, and send between 9:00 and 21:00. Large sends go to your approver first. Replies land in the inbox.
Inside the product, a Get started checklist shows these steps for each business and ticks each one off as you finish it.
How sending limits grow
Meta limits how many different people a business can start conversations with each day. The limit is shared by every number in your Meta business.
| Stage | People a day |
|---|---|
| New business | 250 |
| After business verification | 2,000 |
| With high quality and steady use | 10,000, then 100,000, then unlimited |
The product reads your limit from Meta and spreads larger campaigns across days instead of failing them.
Ready when your Meta business is
