Pricing
Two costs, both visible: the subscription for the product, and Meta's charge for each message, which Meta bills to you directly. Subscription prices are set at launch; early-access businesses see them first and pay nothing during early access.

How Meta charges work
Meta, not RawDrive, charges for WhatsApp messages. The charge goes to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account.
- Templates are charged per delivered message, at a rate that depends on its category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the recipient's country.
- Replies: from 1 Oct 2026 Meta's pricing page says service replies are charged per message too. We confirm each charge from Meta's own delivery data rather than assuming.
- Rupees for India: accounts whose business is in India must bill in INR by 31 Dec 2026, or Meta stops delivering from 1 Jan 2027. The product checks this when you connect.
- Your cap is the limit: the product will not spend past the monthly cap you set, and shows every charge as estimated, held and confirmed.
| India, per message | Rate | Since |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing template | ₹0.8631 | Jan 2026 |
| Utility or authentication template | ₹0.115 | 2025 |
| Service reply | ₹0.115 | 1 Oct 2026 |
As reported by Indian WhatsApp providers in October 2026. Meta sets and changes these rates; check Meta's own pricing page. Some providers report 1,000 free service replies per number each month; the product counts that only once Meta confirms it.
No markup. Many WhatsApp tools add a margin to every message on top of their monthly fee. Here you pay Meta's rate directly.
Estimate Meta's charges
Size your monthly cap. The rates are prefilled with Meta's reported India rates for October 2026; check them against Meta's page.
Offers are capped at 2 per person in 7 days by default. Free replies stay at 0 until Meta confirms an allowance for your number (reported as 1,000 a month).

Before tax. The suggested cap leaves 10% as a reply reserve that offers cannot use. New verified numbers start at 2,000 people a day; the limit rises as you use it with good quality.
Pricing questions
Do you add a margin to Meta's charges?
No. Meta bills you directly. If a business messaging provider is used in future, its fee is shown as a separate line.
What happens when we reach the cap?
Offers stop and running campaigns pause until you raise the cap or the month resets. Replies to customers draw on their reserve first.
Is tax included?
No. Tax on Meta's charges is tracked separately and shown outside the cap.
Can I cancel?
Terms are published before launch. Your number and its quality rating stay with your Meta business account whatever you decide.
